"Mom Please?!" I followed her into the kitchen and begged her to tell me about the mission. Though I already knew the answer. "No." She said curtly and turned the stove on. I groaned. I wanted to know BADLY. So I made whining noises and pouted.
Mom let out a huge sigh and said, "Why don't you, go...feed the cat or go to Lya and Kia's house or go bug your father. I don't care what you do just please, LEAVE ME BE TO COOK DINNER!" She turned away and stirred the pot swiftly. I couldn't understand why they were being so clammed up about this. Then it hit me.

My uncle and aunt were caring for me and my older while my father and mother were away on a mission. It's strange 'cause mom isn't supposed to go on missions…
